LetonPower Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from LetonPower. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a clear and transparent return and exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Returns of Unused Products Within 30 Days (No Restocking Fee)
If you wish to return or exchange a product for personal reasons (such as no longer needing it or ordering the wrong item), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:

The product must be brand new and unused

All accessories must be complete and undamaged

Original packaging must be intact

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Shipping Cost:

For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Restocking Fee:

We do not charge any restocking fee.
2. Defective Products Within Warranty Period (LetonPower Covers Shipping)
If your product develops a fault during normal use and is still within the warranty period, we will provide a return or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements:

The product is still within the warranty period

A defect occurred during normal use

Damage caused by misuse or improper operation is not eligible
For warranty-related quality issues:

LetonPower will issue a Prepaid Return Shipping Label

Customers do not need to pay shipping costs upfront
If a prepaid label cannot be generated due to the customer’s region:

Customers may return the item using a trackable shipping method
-
Send the shipping receipt to support@letondive.com

We will fully reimburse the return shipping cost after verification
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Products that have been used but show no defect

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Return requests submitted after the allowed time period

Unauthorized returns

After approval:

Non-quality returns → Customer ships the item back

Warranty/quality returns → We send a Prepaid Return Label

5. Refund Timeline
