30-Day Free Replacement: If the light has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it within 30 days of purchase. If a replacement is required due to a problem, we will replace it with the same model as the original. If the original model has been discontinued, we will provide a product with similar or better performance.
24-Month Free Repair: LetonPower dive lights and accessories, within 24 months from the date of purchase, if any issues occur during normal use, we will provide free repair service through contacting us. Malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, or alteration are not covered by the warranty.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: For dive flashlights and accessories, if issues occur within 24 months from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair cost will be calculated based on the cost of replacement materials.
Please Contact Your Dealer First: When purchasing LetonPower lights, you can provide the LetonPower warranty card, purchase invoice, receipt, or other proof provided by the seller, and contact your dealer directly to obtain warranty service. LetonPower will provide service support to dealers.
Shipping Instructions: We strongly recommend that consumers purchase our products from local authorized dealers. Local dealers will provide high-quality after-sales service. To protect dealer rights, for products not purchased through local dealers, we will provide direct after-sales service, but the return shipping cost must be borne by the consumer.
