1. Order Processing

  • We will process and ship your order within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you by email with the updated shipping schedule.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship via reliable courier services. The estimated delivery times (business days) for our main shipping destinations are as follows:

Note:

  1. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local courier services, customs clearance, or public holidays.

  2. Lithium batteries are considered special cargo. Orders with additional spare batteries require separate shipment and are expected to arrive within 15–30 business days.


Import Duties and Taxes

Please note: for orders shipped to certain destinations, buyers may be required to pay import duties and taxes, which are collected when the goods arrive at the designated delivery address.
The buyer is responsible for paying these import duties and taxes.
LetonPower has no control over these fees, and because they vary by country or region, we cannot predict their exact amount.
If you have any special instructions, please leave us a message before checkout.


Address Accuracy

It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address.
If there are any issues with the delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, LetonPower will not be responsible for any (partial) loss of goods.

If LetonPower requires additional information regarding the delivery address, we may contact the buyer for clarification.
In such cases, delivery may be delayed.

LetonPower will make every reasonable effort to deliver the order to the delivery address within the estimated delivery timeframe.

If the delivery is delayed, cannot be completed, or only partially completed, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible after placing the order.
In such a case, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract free of charge.

Unless otherwise agreed, the risk of product damage and/or loss remains with LetonPower until delivery to the customer’s shipping address.


Incorrect, Damaged, or Incomplete Deliveries

If the Buyer receives products that were not ordered, the Buyer must notify LetonPower as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) by email or through the website contact page.
The Buyer will be responsible for returning such products after receiving return instructions from LetonPower.
LetonPower will bear the return shipping costs and will send the correct products once the Buyer has followed all return instructions.

If the Buyer receives products that are damaged or incomplete, the Buyer must notify the LetonPower Customer Service Team as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) via the website letondive.com.
LetonPower will then decide how to resolve the issue.
The Buyer must always contact LetonPower before returning any products and wait for instructions from our Customer Service Team.
If the Buyer returns products without prior authorization, LetonPower cannot refund the shipping costs incurred and will not be responsible for unauthorized returns.


Lost Orders

If an order shipped by LetonPower is lost, missing, or the Buyer claims it was not received (despite tracking information or carrier data showing otherwise), the carrier’s complaint procedure will be initiated.
A refund or replacement will be processed once the investigation is completed.
The Buyer must fully cooperate with the carrier during this process.

If the goods are confirmed lost due to the carrier’s error (after completion of the carrier’s complaint procedure), LetonPower will either refund the customer or resend the ordered products.
If the goods have not been delivered to the Buyer’s shipping address (or pickup point) within 14 days after the shipment date, the Buyer must notify the LetonPower Customer Service Team within 14 days (that is, within 28 days after shipment in total).


Return & Exchange Policy (LetonPower)

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from LetonPower. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we provide a clear and transparent return and exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.


1. 30-Day Returns for Unused Products

If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (such as no longer needed or ordered by mistake), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and follow our return process.

Conditions:

  • Product must be brand new and unused

  • All accessories must be included and undamaged

  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the customer

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method


2. Defective Products Within Warranty

If your product develops a defect during normal use and is still within the warranty period, we will provide a return or exchange service.

Conditions:

  • Product is still within the warranty period

  • Defect occurred during normal use

  • Returns are not accepted for damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Shipping Costs:

  • LetonPower will cover the shipping cost for warranty-related returns


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Product has been used but has no defect

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Return requests after the allowed period

  • Unauthorized returns


4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@letondive.com

  2. Provide your order number, product photos, and description of the issue

  3. We will review your request within 24–48 hours and confirm eligibility

  4. Once authorized, ship the product to the designated return address provided

  5. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange


5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for warranty-related returns
